Hi, I'm Randy!
Randy Kohler is an experienced Realtor who works with residential buyers, sellers, and investors, providing education, simplification, and guidance to help them move forward on their real estate journey. Randy believes that knowledge is power, and responsiveness to client needs is a critical tool necessary to help them succeed. Utilizing the latest technology, Randy promptly answers clients’ calls, texts, and emails, providing information, answering questions, maximizing their time, and exceeding their expectations.
Randy’s exceptional work ethic (24/7/365 availability), commitment to clients, deep knowledge of area communities, sales and marketing prowess, and highly effective negotiation techniques have distinguished him from his colleagues. Outside of his professional life, Randy is deeply rooted in his family and personal interests. He is married to Becca, a dedicated RN at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and together they have a daughter, Zoe, a sophomore at the University of Iowa and a Dean’s List recipient for two consecutive semesters. The family shares a love for the outdoors, enjoying activities such as kayaking, fishing, and camping.
Randy is also an avid fan of University of Iowa women’s athletics and the WNBA. He closely follows the careers of Caitlin Clark and Kate Martin, who are now WNBA rookies and inspiring figures for his daughter, Zoe. Additionally, Randy enjoys mountain biking, a passion he has pursued since childhood.
